Why did my task fail?

Task failure does not always mean the submitted data is wrong, and it does not always mean the system is broken. In many cases, the cause is account eligibility, Google risk control, family-group restrictions, or unstable network conditions.

  1. whether region and age meet the requirements
  2. whether the family group already has an active subscription
  3. whether the email, password, and 2FA / TOTP information are correct
  4. whether the account is too new and easily triggers Google risk control
  5. whether this attempt was interrupted by residential-proxy delay or instability

Common reasons

  • Account conditions are not met The most common reasons are unsupported region, missing age verification, or family-group restrictions.
  • Submitted information is incorrect Any mistake in email, password, or 2FA / TOTP can cause failure.
  • New-account risk Newly registered accounts are more likely to trigger Google risk control.
  • Network instability Residential proxies can be slow and may occasionally time out.

What to do next

  • Check the items above one by one.
  • If the account is newly created, try a more stable older account first.
  • If the data is correct but the task still fails, retry a few times when needed.

If you still cannot identify the cause, try a more stable older account and run a small test submission again.
